Cleansing
Cleansing is actually the most important step in home skincare. How can you have healthy skin if it's covered in dirt? Cleansing should not only remove dirt but, most importantly, moisturize. Therefore, we need to use a facial cleanser in our cleansing routine. Soap only removes surface dirt and doesn't provide skincare benefits. Facial cleansers effectively remove surface dirt and, being gentle, provide deep cleansing, leaving a refreshing feeling after use.
Massage
Don't underestimate the importance of a 2-3 minute daily massage. These few minutes of facial movement not only promote blood circulation but also add radiance and glow. Using a suitable, nourishing massage cream can replenish nutrients and nourish the skin, effectively preventing forehead wrinkles and muscle sagging.
Skin Care
As the name suggests, this involves maintaining the skin's health. There's no fixed procedure. Typical steps include effectively applying day cream, night cream, and applying serums or toners. Skincare is actually the most important step, but it's also the part most easily overlooked by beauty enthusiasts. This is because the skin is most receptive to nutrients right after cleansing. If you apply nourishing serums or creams during this time, they can directly penetrate the skin's cellular layer, enhancing cell activity and maximizing the effectiveness of skincare products.
