Hair care is a process of maintaining healthy hair through cleansing and conditioning. Different hair types, such as oily, normal, and dry, require different care methods. Seasonal care focuses vary: in summer, sun protection and adjusting shampooing frequency are necessary; in winter, use a nourishing shampoo and conditioner. Daily shampooing and conditioning should distinguish between the functions of shampoo and conditioner, and when blow-drying, maintain a distance of 10-15 cm to avoid heat damage.
Conditioners should be chosen according to hair type: dry hair should focus on moisturizing, while oily hair should choose oil-controlling types. A diet rich in green vegetables, legumes, and seaweed is important, while avoiding high-sugar foods, fast food, and carbonated drinks can negatively impact hair growth. Common mistakes include applying conditioner to the scalp, using improper shampoo temperature, and excessive combing.
The correct method is to comb hair before shampooing, apply conditioner only to the ends, rinse with warm water, and then style with cold water. When outdoors, wear a hat or use hair care products containing sunscreen to protect against UV rays. During periods of stress, avoid tying your hair up to promote scalp blood circulation. For daily cleaning, it is recommended to wash your hair every 1-2 days, use a mild shampoo, and avoid frequent perming and dyeing.
