1. Thoroughly remove mascara before bed to prevent dry eyelashes. Also, never curl your eyelashes after applying mascara if you don't want to break them.
2. Mascara generally lasts 3-4 months. Avoid storing it for extended periods before use, and use opened mascara immediately as the active ingredient evaporates easily. If dry, store it in a cool place, even in the refrigerator.
First, curl your eyelashes upwards with an eyelash curler. You can divide your eyelashes into three sections. Start from the innermost part, close to your eyelid, and curl once. Then curl the middle section until slightly curved, and finally curl the outermost part for a more natural and long-lasting curl. Then apply mascara. Depending on your eyelash length, if you have longer eyelashes, it's best to gently curl them again after applying mascara.
Use only a light touch of mascara for a natural look. You can start from the base of your upper lashes and apply a thin layer along the curled edge. For the lower lashes, sweep the mascara downwards and upwards along the surface (the lower lashes are generally shorter and sparser). If the lashes are stuck together, use a mascara brush to comb them neatly.
If mascara accidentally gets on your face, do not wipe it directly with a tissue, as this will only cause the mascara to spread and stain the already applied makeup. Try using a cotton swab lightly coated with lotion or water to gently remove the mascara, and then apply a small amount of loose powder to the affected area.
