Hair strengthening is a traditional health care method that improves blood circulation in the scalp to reduce hair loss. It mainly includes manual massage and massage with objects. Manual massage primarily uses finger combing, pinching, tapping, and kneading techniques, commonly targeting acupoints such as Baihui, Fengchi, and Taiyang:

① With fingers naturally spread, use the finger combing technique to comb from the front of the forehead and the center of the head to the back of the head, then comb the sides of the scalp to the entire head, repeating for 3-5 minutes to invigorate blood circulation;

② Grasp all the hair with both hands and gently pull upwards until all the hair is pulled; then use your five fingers to form a plum blossom shape and tap the entire scalp, repeating 5-6 times;

③ Use your middle finger to press and knead the Shangxing, Baihui, Touwei, and Shengfa acupoints for 1 minute each;

④ Use the pinching technique to knead the back of the scalp and gently pat for 5 minutes to finish.

Massage with objects often uses a horn comb or is combined with ginger oil or other mediums for head meridian massage, combined with light tapping and combing techniques to enhance the effect. Hair is closely related to kidney qi and liver blood. Massage can regulate qi and blood, improve scalp blood circulation, and also has the effect of preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth.
